Declaration
I declare that I am a UK taxpayer, and have been for the last 4 years. I also declare that the amount of income tax and / or capital gains tax that I have paid in each year is at least equal to the amount of tax that the charity will reclaim on my gifts for each year.

Please read the following carefully
This declaration covers membership subscriptions and donations that you make to WRSS but please:
a. Notify WRSS if you change your name or address while the declaration is still in force
b. You can cancel the declaration at any time by notifying the charity – it will then not apply
to donations you make on or after the date of the cancellation or such later date as you specify.

You must pay an amount of income tax and/or Capital Gains Tax for each tax year (6 April one year to 5 April the next) that is at least equal to the tax that WRSS reclaims on your donations in the appropriate tax year.

If in the future your circumstances change and you no longer pay tax on your income or capital gains tax equal to the tax WRSS reclaims, you must cancel your declaration.

Tax claimed by WRSS:-
WRSS will reclaim 28p of tax on every £1 you gave up to 5 April 2008 (if applicable).
WRSS will reclaim 25p of tax on every £1 you give in future or gave on or after 6 April 2008.
